How Does It Work? New businesses must first create an account with Wholesale Adult Toys in order to qualify for wholesale pricing and the ADS system. Once we have approved the new account, access will be granted to our online business center for information on submitting orders directly via the internet, email or telephone. Once an order is submitted we will route your order to one of our three distribution centers throughout the U.S. for fulfillment. All in-stock orders will be packaged and shipped the same day provided the order information is received prior to our 12:00 pm EST cutoff.

Drop Shipping Fees and Shipment Cost Wholesale Adult Toys has a standard drop ship fee of $3.00 per order (not per item). Qualified customers with high order volume may qualify for reduced or even waived drop ship fees.
Shipping Methods and Carriers Shipping charges are calculated once your order has been processed and shipped. We now offer a "Rate Shop" option that allows you to choose from Standard, 2 Day Air and Next Day shipping methods. We will shop the best rate for your selection and charge you once your order as been shipped from our warehouse. Once your order has shipped you will be charged the actual shipment rate plus a $0.25 transaction fee.
Submitting Your Orders Your account manager will work with you to determine the easiest way to integrate our system into your exiting business. Our development staff will assist you in submitting your first few orders to ensure you are completely comfortable with our system. We offer a variety of submission options and can customize any part of the system to meet your fulfillment requirements.
Order Tracking All orders placed through the ADS system are updated several times throughout the day. By 4:00 pm EST all tracking numbers are available via the Wholesale Adult Toys Order Manager. All order information is updated in real-time and can be downloaded daily, weekly or monthly.
Fulfillment Rates Our online ordering system at Wholesale Adult Toys will show you current warehouse stock status prior to placing your order. We have also designed our store to allow you to view all items but only order in-stock items to ensure your orders ship on-time and every time. Our fulfillment rates are among the best in the Adult Product industry and we are proud to say we have over a 98% on-time fulfillment rate this year!
Discreet Shipping and Packaging All Packing slips and labels on the box do not contain any reference to adult material. All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes or in boxes provided by USPS, FedEx or UPS.
